英文摘要：

With the rapid development of Geo-Information technology and computer cartography, the theory of Geo-Information Tupu has also undergone incessant development and consummation. Based on this theory, using the methods and theories of Tupu researches from other subjects for reference , combining the current situation of Fujian＇s vulnerable eco-environment and the existing problems and the direction of how to use and protect the eco-environment reasonably, the paper proposes to establish the index system of Geo- Information Tupu of frangible eco-environment, to evaluate the frangibility of eco-environment in different counties and cities of Fujian Province, and to excavate their rules and modes. Meanwhile, the function that Geo-Information Tupu played in the construction of Fujian＇s vulnerable eco-environment had been discussed.
