To study Oxidative damage effects on some tissues of mice＇s induced by toluene dissocyanate of different concentrations.The contents of MDA, GSH and the actives of SOD in mice serum, lung and liver were determined with spectrophotometry.ln 1/2LC50, 1/4LC50 groups sthe contents of MDA were significantly higher than that in control group; the actives of SOD were remarkably lower than that in control group; the contents of GSH were lower than that in control group too.The different of male mice and female were significantly in 1/8LC50, 1/4LC50groups but not in the 1/2LC50groups.
