The catalytic combustion is a processing technology for carring out high efficient combustion of the volatile organic compounds（VOCs）.Composition of the monolithic catalysts,the classifications and characteristics of the support were presented.The monolithic catalysts and the powdered catalysts was compared.Especially the kinds of monolithic catalysts,including the main type of the monolithic catalysts,such as noble metal,perovskite and hexaaluminates,and latest advances in the monolithic catalysts for catalytic combustion of volatile organic compounds were reviewed.At last,the further development directions were pointed out.
