The procurement cost of group enterprise is very high and the procurement process is very complicated,in order to control costs and improve profits,this paper bases on the comparative analysis of centralized procurement and decentralized procurement mode and case study,analyses the selection standards of procurement mode of group enterprise.Group enterprises should select the appropriate procurement mode according to the generality of materials,geographic proximity degree of subsidiaries,structure of supply market,price fluctuate condition of materials and the pruchase scale,etc.
