团队内知识传递的过程就是知识从传递方到接收方的一个过程,这个过程将直接影响知识传递的效果,已经引起了学者们的广泛关注。虽然很多学者对知识传递的过程进行了充分的研究,但仍然存在一些漏洞,无法提供全面、深入的认识。本文从对以往研究成果的综合分析入手,指出其中存在的问题,并通过构建新的知识传递过程模型来完善对知识传递过程的分析,以期为知识传递的研究和企业的知识管理提供经验启示。
The process of knowledge transfer within a team is a process of knowledge transferred from transmitter to recipient,which directly affects the results of knowledge transfer and attract more attention of scholars. Although many scholars have made adequate studies of knowledge transfer process, there are still some loopholes,which fails to provide a comprehensive, in-depth understanding of knowledge transfer process. This paper analyses the existing problems from the results of a comprehensive analysis of previous research findings and improves the analysis of the knowledge transfer process by building a new model of knowledge transfer process in order to provide the research of knowledge transfer and the knowledge management of enterprises with experience of enlightenment.
