综述了PTFE和Nafion在PEMFC催化层中的应用,分析了粘结剂对催化层三相通道的改善、催化层的稳定性、催化剂的有效利用率和负载量等的影响,总结了对粘结剂在催化层中的含量与分布、催化层的厚度等工艺参数的优化,并讨论了进一步优化催化层结构的方向。
The application of PTFE and Nation in the catalyst layer for PEMFC was reviewed. The effects of the agglomerant on the optimization of three-phase path, the stability of the catalyst layer, the utilization and the loading amount of the catalyst were analyzed. The optimization technologic parameters, including the content and distributing of the agglomerant in the catalyst layer, the thickness of the catalyst layer were indicated. The further optimization trend of the structure of the catalyst layer was discussed.
