分析了质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)的电阻组成,讨论了电池在不同加载策略下其电阻的动态变化情况,并结合在线测得的电池内阻值进行分析,从膜内水含量的角度讨论内阻变化原因,指出电池在不同电流密度下均对应一个相应的内阻值,电流密度越大,电池的内阻值越小;定义了起始内阻Ri的概念,发现电池动态加载时,起始内阻越小,极化程度越小;实验结果发现,电池水淹时内阻会持续下降,提出可以利用实时电池内阻的大小判断电池的实时运行情况。
The component of internal resistance been analyzed in this paper. The characteristic of proton exchange membrane fuel Cell (PEMFC) has of fuel cell under dynamic loading was discussed with on-site internal resistance. It was indicated that there was a stable internal resistance corresponding to a certain current density due to the water content of proton exchange membrane (PEM), the higher the current density was, the lower the internal resistance of fuel cell was. The concept of initial resistance Ri of fuel cell was defined. It was discovered that,during dynamic loading of PEMFC, the lower the initial resistance was, the lower the polarization degree was. The experiment results showed that the internal resistance kept decreasing when the fuel cell was flooding. It was pointed out that the real-time internal resistance could be used to diagnose the real-time conditions of PEMFC.
