以滨海盐渍土为主要原料,经磨细激活后,辅以骨料以及少量的黏结剂和钙质材料,采取压制成型和自然养护的方式来制备土质混凝土,以强度和耐水性为主要指标,进行了探索性实验.结果表明,激活后的滨海盐渍土磨细粉具有很好的反应活性和水化反应能力,以50%激活滨海盐渍土为主要原料制备的土质混凝土的力学强度达49.58MPa,24h软化系数达0.73,显示出其在低层节能建筑中应用的良好前景.
With the shattered and activated coastal saline soil as the main raw material, aggregate and a few cementing agents and calcareous materials as the supplementary materials, the authors of this paper prepared a kind of earth concrete by such technologies as compression molding and natural curing. And then with intensity and water resistance as the main indicators, they did an exploratory experiment. The result showed that with the good reactive behavior and hydration reaction capacity of the activated coastal saline soil powder, the earth concrete made of 50% activated coastal soil as the main raw material had a mechanical strength of up to 49.58 MPa and a softening coefficient of up to 0.73 after being soaked in water for 24 hours, which demonstrated a favorable application outlook of it in the low-rise energy-saving buildings.
