以分级麦秸纤维、水泥熟料、粉煤灰及其他辅助材料为原料制备麦秸纤维水泥基复合材料,详细介绍了复合材料制备工艺和纤维分级工艺,研究了未分级纤维的混杂效应,不同尺寸分级纤维在水泥浆体中的分散性,以及对水泥基复合材料力学性能的影响,研究发现,在水灰比为0.4,减水剂用量1%,分级麦秸纤维宽度在0.3~06 mm,长宽比介于5~10之间,其掺量在2%时,麦秸纤维分散性最优,且麦秸纤维水泥基复合材料的抗折强度相比于同掺量未分级纤维提高了18.3%。
The straw fiber cement-based composites was prepared by classified straw fiber,cement clinker,fly ashand other auxiliary materials, and the technology of composite preparation and straw fiber classification was described in detail,and the hybrid effect of unclassified straw fiber was studied.Moreover,the dispersion of classified straw fiber and the mechanical properties of composites was analyzed.The experiment reveals that,when water cement ratio is 0.4,amount of water reducing agent is 1%,the width of classified straw fiber is from 0.3 to 0.6 mm,the length width ratio lies between 5 to 10,the mixing amount of straw fiber is 2%,the dispersion of straw fiber is optimal,and compared to the same mixing amount of unclassified straw fiber,the flexural strength of classified straw fiber cement-based composites increases 18.3%.
