Functional Analysis is a relatively new branch of Modern Mathematics, and its theory, methods and techniques are of great importance to each mathematical research direction. Taking the teachers, students and the current teaching situatio.n into consideration, this paper is devoted to the exploration of teaching reform for Functional Analysis under the author's research experiences and teaching practice. The suggestions and methods to improve the quality of teaching for functional analysis and the research innovation capability for graduate students are proposed.
