目的了解医学生对男同性恋的认知、态度现况,应用结构方程模型分析相关影响因素,为开展针对性的健康教育、消除偏见提供参考依据。方法对810名在校医学生进行问卷调查,采用多重线性回归筛选对男同性恋态度量表(ATG)的影响因素,构建结构方程模型分析各因素对ATG得分的直接和/或间接影响。结果多重线性回归分析显示性别、学历、成长环境、认知等9因素对ATG量表得分有影响,将其引入结构方程模型,模型拟合参数为X2/df=1.732,GFI=0.966,AGFI=0.948,CFI=0.930,模型拟合较好。结论异性恋医学生对男同性恋的态度与认知、接触、归因理论和性别角色密切相关。
Objective To survey the knowledge and attitude toward gay among heterosexual medical students. Using structural equation model to explore the correlates, to provide basic reference for health education and overcoming prejudice. Methods An investigation among 810 medical students was carried out. Correlates were analyzed using multiple linear regres- sion model and structural equation model (SEM). Results Multiple linear regression model showed that 9 variables such as gender, education and growth environment had influence on ATG. The contact theory, attribution theory and gender role theory were included into SEM. The fitting parameters were X2/df = 1. 732, GFI = 0. 966, AGFI = 0. 948, CFI = 0. 930, which displayed that the model fits good. Conclusion The attitude toward Gay among heterosexual medical students was significantly related with cognition, contact, attribution theory and gender role.
