采用模板法在有机碱DBU的催化下,以4-(2-(2-二乙烯氧基)乙氧基)邻苯二腈及3-(2-(2-二乙烯氧基)乙氧基)邻苯二腈为原料合成了四(α-(2-(2-二乙烯氧基)乙氧基))酞菁铜和四(β-(2-(2-二乙烯氧基)乙氧基))酞菁铜。制备了其旋涂膜,采用紫外可见吸收光谱及原子力对薄膜进行了表征,研究了取代基位置对于酞菁气敏特性的影响,并探讨了四(α-(2-(2-二乙烯氧基)乙氧基))酞菁铜对于含氮类气体NO2、NO、NH3的选择性,结果表明该化合物对NO2的具有较好的选择性。
Tetra - a - (2 - ( 2 - ethoxyethoxy) ethoxy) phthalocyaninato copper and tetra -β - ( 2 - ( 2 - ethoxyethoxy) ethoxy) phthalocyaninato copper were synthesized from 3 - ( 2 - ( 2 - ethoxyethoxy) ethoxy ) phthalonitrile and d - (2 - (2 - ethoxyethoxy) ethoxy) phthalonitrile by template reaction in the presence of 1,8 - diazabicyclo [5,4,0] -undec -7 -ene(DBU). The thin films were fabricated using spin -coating method. The deposition of phthalocyanine molecules on the substrate was characterized using UV - Vis spectra, and the surface topography was observed using AFM. The effect of the position of the peripheral substituents on the gas sensitivities of phthalo- cyanines to NO2 was studied. The selectivity of tetra - α - (2 - (2 - ethoxyethoxy) ethoxy) phthalocyaninato copper film to NO2, NO and NH3 was investigated, and it exhibit the good selectivity to NO2.
