铣削力是造成铣刀片冲击破损的直接原因,对铣刀片应力场分析的传统方法是有限元法,其分析结果难以直接利用于铣刀片的再设计。本文基于元胞自动机的基本理论,借用有限元的离散和插值技术,建立了三维复杂槽型铣刀片的元胞自动机力学模型,得出切削中刀片各点的位移及应力分布,为铣刀片的槽型重构和优化打下基础。
Cutting force is the main reason of damage of milling insert, the traditional analytic method of stress field is FEM, and it is difficult to use the result to redesign of milling insert. This paper based on the theory of cellular automata, inducting the discrete techniques of FEM, establishes the force model of milling cutter and gets the distribution of displacement and stress. It makes the foundation for construction and optimization of milling cutter' s groove.
