采用化学还原方法,在有机相中利用十八胺作为还原剂和包裹剂,在油酸的辅助下,合成了具有一维结构的金纳米线,并将制得的金纳米线用作基底,在其表面获得了罗丹明B分子的SERS光谱,实验结果表明,金纳米线具有良好的SERS活性,有望应用于高灵敏度光学检测。
Au one-dimensional nanowires with length up to micrometers were synthesized through a simple and one-pot solution growth method.HAuCl4 was reduced in a micellar structure formed by 1-octadecylamine and oleic acid.The complex formed by 1-octadecylamine and oleic acid can serve as one-dimensional growth template,reducing agent and stabilizer for Au nanowires.Surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS) spectrum of rhodamine B can be obtained on the Au nanowires modified substrate,indicating that the as-synthesized Au nanowires have great potential for high sensitive optical detection application.
