This paper is the third section of a serial articles, The primary contents included: based on the basic theory of the continuous medium mechanics, we have given double-duty equations of the angular momentum of fluid outer core (FOC), investigated external torque acting on FOC in particular, at the same time, discussed pressure torque acting on SIC by FOC's pressure on it, in order of magnitude of O(ms), have given their expressions. This paper corrects some errors in the deducting process of literature [1] (for example, the formulae(B18), (B28), (B29), (B30), (B35a), (B35b)). This paper is an extension and sharpening to theory in literature [1 ], and is very importance to more studying dynamical theory on the inner core Earth's rotation.
