目的:研究簕欓花椒(Zanthoxylum avicennae)叶挥发油的化学成分及其抗菌和抗肿瘤活性。方法:用水蒸气蒸馏法从簕欓花椒叶中提取挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对其挥发油成分进行分析。结果:从挥发油中鉴定出72种物质,占总成分的98.15%,含量较高的组分为芳樟醇(24.36%)、β-榄香烯(12.03%)、(E)-2-己烯-1-醇(11.73%)、石竹烯氧化物(10.84%)等。簕欓花椒叶挥发油对实验菌株均具有一定的抗菌活性;对四种肿瘤细胞株都具有一定的抑制活性,其中对白血病细胞K-562的抑制活性最强,IC50值为1.76μg/mL。结论:簕欓花椒挥发油具有多种活性成分,为进一步研究其药理作用提供了科学依据。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents,antimicrobial activity and antitumor activity of the essential oil from Zanthoxylum avicennae.Methods: The essential oil from the leaves of Zanthoxylum avicennae was extracted by steam distillation.The components of the essential oil were separated and identified by GC-MS.Results: 72 components were identified and accounted for 98.15% of the all peak area.The essential oil exhibited strong antitumor activity against K-562 human tumor cell lines with IC50 of 1.76 μg/mL.It also exhibited moderate antimicrobial activity against three bacteria.Conclusion: The essential oil of Zanthoxylum avicennae contains various active constituents.This result provides scientific reference for the pharmacological further research of Zanthoxylum avicennae.
