目的研究琼岛染木树(Saprosma merrillii Lo)茎的化学成分。方法用硅胶、葡聚糖凝胶(Sephadex LH-20)柱色谱等方法进行分离纯化,通过理化性质及光谱数据确定化合物的结构。结果从琼岛染木树茎乙醇提取物的石油醚部位中分离得到10个化合物,经鉴定分别为30-羟基羽扇豆醇(1),羽扇豆醇(2),7-羟基豆甾4,22-二烯-3-酮(3),豆甾醇(4),3-乙酰基齐墩果醛(5),东莨菪内酯(6),香草酸(7),2,5-二甲氧基对苯醌(8),单棕榈酸甘油(9),21-H—Hop-22(29)-ene-330-diol(10)。结论上述化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到,除化合物6外,其余化舍物均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Saprosma merrillii Lo. METHODS The isolation and purification were carried out on silica gel column and Sephadex LH-20 column. The structures were elucidated on the basis of chemical properties and spectral analysis. RESULTS Ten compounds were isolated and elucidated as 30-hydroxylupeol ( 1 ) , lupeol ( 2 ) , 7-hydroxystigmasta-4,22-dien-3-one ( 3 ), stigmasterol ( 4 ) , 3-O-acetyl oleanolic aldehyde ( 5 ) , scopoletin (6), vanillic acid ( 7 ) , 2,5-dimethoxy-1,4-benzoquinone (8), glyceroyl monopalmitate (9), and 21ct-H-hop-22(29)-cne-3β,30-diol (10). CONCLUSION All of the compounds are for the first time isolated from this plant, and also for the first time from this genus except for compound 6.
