结合颗粒动力学理论,采用欧拉双流体模型,利用CFD软件FLUENT,模拟了灰熔聚流化床气化炉内气固两相流的混合行为.用图例展示了不同流化气速和喷动气速下床内颗粒的体积浓度分布、颗粒速度分布和压力降,剖析了流化气速和喷动气速的改变对颗粒混合特性和压降特性的影响.
Based on the kinetic theory of particle,the mixing characteristics of gas-solid in the ashagglomerating fluidized bed gasifier was simulated by using the FLUENT software,where the Eulerian two-fluid models was introduced.Distribution of particle volume concentration and distribution of particle velocity was displayed,of which the pressure drop was also illustrated by using graphic symbols.The results analyze the impact of the variations of different fluidized and spouting gas velocity on the mixing characteristics of gas-solid and the characteristics of pressure drop.
