广佛都市区城镇建设用地扩展的时空变化分析

以Landsat TM遥感影像为基础数据源,解译获得不同时期(1988年、1995年、2001年和2005年)广佛都市区城镇建设用地的空间分布信息,同时采用GIS技术并结合扩展强度指数对研究区城镇建设用地的扩展进行时空变化分析。结果表明,建设用地总量从1988年的260.47km^2增加到2005年的1360.93km^2,且主要增加量集中在1988--1995年;研究区扩展强度指数较大值出现在1988--1995年;1988--2005年,UII较高的区域出现在城郊地带;从扩展方向看,正东和西南一直保持较高强度的扩展;研究区城镇建设用地的扩展受高速增长的经济和人口的推动,此外交通建设的完善也带动着城镇建设用地向外扩展。本文可为区域都市区的土地利用布局优化提供借鉴。

英文摘要:

The present paper is concerned about the author's investi- gation report on the spatial-temporal variation analysis on the built-up areas of Guangzhou-Foshan metropolitan area since 1988. As is well known, the economy of Guangzhou-Foshan region has been springing up rapidly, leading to the rampant expansion of urban built-up areas. For our research purpose, this paper has chosen Landsat TM images of the four different periods (1988, 1995, 2001 and 2005) to pursue the built-up area variations of the region, Our analysis over the characteristic features of the spatial-temporal variations of the built-up areas has been done with the help of GIS and UII index. First of all, a built-up area expansion map has been prepared; Secondly, UII values of different periods and orientations of the built-up area expansion have been studied by the rendering buffer zones from the mid-point of the line that links the two cities. The results of our analysis have shown that the built-up areas in the region under discussion have increased dramatically from 260.47 km^2 in 1988 to 1 360.93 km^2 in 2005. UII was higher during 1988 - 1995, during the entire period (1988- 2005), the higher geographical expansion occurred to the outskirts of the two cites mainly eastwards and southwest-wards. Our analysis also indicates that in the area under discussion the built-up area expansion includes: the high-speed economic development and population explosion along with the rampant expansion of built-up area.
