基于核密度估计的广佛都市区路网演变分析

利用遥感和GIS技术对改革开放以来广佛都市区的空间扩展情况进行分析,从1982年的地形图、1995和2008年的遥感影像中提取城镇建设用地和路网数据,从扩展强度、方式和效率等方面对其扩展情况进行定性定量的测度分析,发现:其建设用地具有扩展强度大、速度快的特点,但土地利用方式不甚合理,具有一定的低度不连续开发现象和较显著的道路沿线开发特征;扩展效率不高,新增用地的集约化程度、人口承载力度和经济产出水平均低于原有用地水平。这种高速、低效和无序的扩展特征表明其快速发展存在蔓延倾向。

It is concerned that China has experienced a rapid economic growth process, accelerated urbaniza- tion and industrialization, gradually increasing the level of urbanization since the reform and opening up. This paper takes the urban expansion during 1982 to 2008 of Guangzhou-Foshan metropolitan area as a study case. In order to measure and analysis the urban expansion in Guangzhou-Foshan metropolitan area, the normalized thematic data of urban construction land and road network were extracted by using RS and GIS methods, from topographic maps of 1982, remote sensing images acquired in 1995 and 2008. The spa- tial data were stored in database. Various GIS spatial analysis methods are used here to qualitative and quanti- tative analysis of the urban expansion in Guangzhou-Foshan metropolitan area, including overlay, interpola- tion, distance analysis, etc. At the same time, it will be measured and analyzed from three aspects like strength of the expansion, the expansion mode and extended efficiency.The application result indicates that the expansion of urban construction land in Guangzhou-Foshan metropolitan area shows the characteristics of powerful and fast since the reform and opening. However, the development and utilization of land is not reasonable, and the space expansion is not very efficient. The study area has a certain discontinuous develop- ment phenomena and significantly development characteristics along the road network, which reflects the typical sprawling development patterns: randomly expansion at central district fringe, strip development along road network, scattered land development. The expansion features of high-speed, inefficient and disor- derly in Guangzhou-Foshan metropolitan area indicate that there may be a tendency to sprawl in the process of its rapid development.
