目前大气污染问题日益严峻,工业废气的除尘已成为一个十分重要的研究方向,袋式除尘器是广泛应用于治理大气污染的除尘设备之一。采用气箱喷吹的清灰方式可以降低袋式除尘器的使用成本,而这种清灰方式存在喷吹气体的压力和流速不均匀的现象。为了保证除尘效果,基于计算流体力学软件Fluent研究气箱入口直径的取值对喷吹气体分布均匀性的影响。通过一系列的数值模拟实验表明,入口直径取值过大,压力分布均匀性下降但不明显,入口直径取值过小会产生局部流速增大的现象,影响滤袋使用寿命。
Air pollution is becoming more and more serious at present. Dust removal of industrial waste is a very important research direction. Bag dust collector is one of dust removal equipment widely used in air pollu- tion. Cleaning dust by gas tank blown can reduce cost of bag filter, but it may cause uneven pressure and flow velocity of the gas. In order to ensure the dust removal effect, the influence of the inlet diameter value of gas tank on the distribution uniformity of the blown gas is studied based on fluid dynamics software Fluent. A series of simulation experiment show that the larger inlet diameter can make the uniformity of pressure distribution ob- solete decrease, and too small diameter can make the local flow velocity increase, which it affect service life of the bag.
