新型低剪切静态混合器结构优化研究

针对三次采油注聚物静态混合器对聚丙烯酰胺溶液剪切降解大的缺点,设计了一种新型静态混合器以满足聚合物驱油混合过程低剪切的要求,实验结果表明:①PAM溶液降解率随着叶片单元数目增大而增加,随着叶片角度增加而减少。②叶片角度为60°、混合长度1m为最佳的结构。③通过计算开孔方式、开孔大小及开孔数目对混合效果的影响,得到前部均匀开孔、开孔孔径3mm、开孔数39个的结构混合效果最佳。

Owing to the defects that the static mixer used in EOR polymer for mixing polyacrylamide (PAM) shear degradation was big, a new type of static mixer was designed to meet the requirements of the EOR injection polymer for the low shearing rate in the mixing process. It was concluded from the degradation experiments that PAM solution degradation rate increased with the number of leaf unit increased, and with the blade angle reduced. The mixing comparison experiments were made to optimize the best structure, which was the collocation of the 60° blade angle and the 1 m mixing length. From the investigation of the effects of the rate of hole, hole location, hole size, the number of openings on the pipe, it was concluded that the front uniform hole, the hole diameter of 3 mm, the hole number of 39 were the structure with the best mix effect. The results showed that the design of static mixers could meet the industrial requirements of the polymer on degradation rate.
