催化裂化油浆中的催化剂颗粒是制约油浆利用的关键因素,脱除油浆中的催化剂颗粒(油浆脱固)成为急需解决的问题。介绍了国内外催化裂化油浆脱固技术的研究现状,总结了重力沉降、过滤分离、离心分离、静电分离等方法在油浆脱除催化剂颗粒方面的应用,并分析了各自的优缺点。对油浆脱固的发展方向提出了展望。
The catalyst particle in slurry is the key factor that restricts the utilization of slurry, therefore catalyst removal in fluid catalytic cracking(FCC) slurry becomes a problem which needs to be solved urgently. Technologies of catalyst removal in FCC slurry comprehensively are introduced, and gravitational sedimentation, filtration separation, centrifugal separation, electrostatic separation and other methods are summarized respectively. Moreover, the advantages and disadvantages of above methods are reviewed and analyzed. The prospect for development of catalyst removal in FCC slurry is put forward.
