应用选择实验法并结合随机参数Logit模型,分析了个人碳交易对消费者电动汽车选择行为的影响。结果表明:个人碳交易会对消费者电动汽车选择行为产生显著的正向影响,其对消费者的影响高于免购置税、免停车费、免车船税、免过路费这4类政策,但低于政府补贴政策。此外,个人碳交易对消费者的影响还低于电动汽车性能属性改善所带来的影响。最后,有针对地提出了一些政策建议。
By using choice experiment and random parameter Logit model, this study analyzes the impact of personal carbon trading on consumer adopting behavior of electric vehicles. Results show that personal carbon trading has a significant posi- tive impact on adopting behavior. This impact is lower than that of financial subsidies, but higher than that of free parking, free toll, no purchase tax, and no vehicle and vessel tax. Besides, this impact is also lower than that of electric vehicle at- tributes. Finally, some suggestions are proposed.
