以我国30个省份为观测对象,运用区位基尼系数、区位商、全局(局部)空间自相关等方法,对2003~2012年我国新能源产业集聚的时空动态性进行分析。结果表明:我国新能源产业总体上表现出较高水平的地理集聚特点,且集聚水平呈先上升后下降的趋势;省域新能源产业的集聚水平存在一定的动态差异;同时,我国新能源产业的集聚总体上表现出较强的空间依赖,但其依赖程度会随着地理距离增加而逐渐衰减;各省份之间的空间联系具有较高的稳定性,并表现出一定的路径依赖和锁定特征。
Using the methods of location Gini coefficient, location quotient and the global spatial autocorrelation, this paper analyzes the space-time dynamics of new energy industry cluster in China, throughout 30 Chinese mainland provinces from 2003 to 2012. The results show that a significant high level of spatial concentration of new energy industry among Chinese provinces has been captured, and the concentration level offered upgrade firstly than descending latter tendency. Besides, the spatial correlation patterns of new energy industry cluster among provinces and its changes over time are different. Spa- tial neighbor have a significant impact on the formation of new energy industry cluster, but the effectiveness decreases with increasing of the distance. The spatial association among provinces remains stable, and the feature of path dependence and locking have also been found.
