基于流通驱动产业结构升级的作用机理研究,构建流通发展与产业结构升级的理论模型,结合1999~2013年中国31个地区的面板数据实证分析了流通发展对于区域产业结构升级的作用。检验结果显示：流通发展对区域产业结构升级的驱动作用显著,并且作用程度表现出明显的区域差异性。其中,对长三角、泛珠三角和环渤海经济区的驱动作用最为突出,对东、中、西部地区产业结构升级的驱动作用依次递减,对西部地区的驱动作用不显著。

英文摘要：

Based on research on mechanism of circulation drive the industrial structure upgrade and combined with panel data of 31 areas in China, 1999-2003, we established regression model of circulation development and industrial structure upgrade, which tested the effect of circulation development on regional industrial structure upgrade. The test result shows that the effect of circulation development drive regional industrial upgrade become prominent and with regional difference. This driving effect plays the most important role in Yangtz River Delta, the Pan-pearl Delta and Bohai Sea Economic Zone, then our eastern area, next is central area, the last is our western region.
