为避免采用类比法选择连续等距型面平均直径的尺寸公差与配合的盲目性,针对连续等距型面是由2个尺寸形成的柱面这一特点,分析了不同尺寸公差与配合的组合对连续等距型面联接初始接触点的角度参数的影响。以使连续等距型面联接的法向接触力接近最小为目标,建立了孔和轴的平均直径(为公差带中间尺寸时的评价平均直径)的尺寸公差与配合合理与否的判别式。通过实例的计算结果表明,按照类比法先确定偏心量(或双偏心量)的尺寸公差与配合后,再利用判别式确定平均直径的尺寸公差与配合,可以得到2个尺寸的比较合理的尺寸公差与配合的组合,从而可有效提高连续等距型面联接的承载能力。
In order to avoid the blindness of the dimension tolerance and fit of the average diameter of the continuous isometric polygon profile by using the analogy method,to be aimed at characteristics of continuous isometric polygon profile formed by 2-dimension,it is analyzed that influence on angle parameters of the initial contact point of continuous isometric polygon profile connection is caused by combinations of differential tolerance and fit of two sizes. In order to minimize the contact force of the continuous isometric polygon profile,discriminant of reasonable or not of tolerance and fit of average diameter which is in middle of tolerance zone is established. The results of the examples show that better combinations of dimension tolerance and fit of both eccentricity( or double eccentricity) and average diameter can be obtained if dimension tolerance and fit of the eccentricity( or double eccentricity) can be firstly determined on the basis of the analogy method and then the dimension tolerance and fit of the average diameter is further determined according to the discriminant. So capability of load bearing of continuous isometric polygon profile connection can be increased.
