松弛状态心肌是一种粘弹性材料。心肌粘弹性是决定心脏舒张功能的主要因素。为加深对舒张性心力衰竭病理生理机制的认识,笔者查阅了近年来国内外有关研究心肌粘弹性影响因素的文献,表明心肌细胞内的肌联蛋白、微管和细胞外胶原纤维是影响心肌粘弹性的重要因素,笔者就上述心肌粘弹性影响因素作一综述。
Relaxed myocardium belongs to a kind of viscoelastic material, Myocardial viscoelasticity is the main determined factor of cardiac diastolic function. To better understand the pathophysiologic mechenism of diastolic heart failure, the author refered to the domestic and overseas literatures on studying the influencing factors of myocardial viscoelasticity for the past few years, The results show that inlra-cellular titin, microtuble and exlra-cellular collagenous fibers play an important role in determining myocardial viscoelasticity. This author overviewed the aboved influencing factors of myocardial viscoelasticity in this article.
