为了探究含斑茅血缘甘蔗亲本的光合特性,本研究利用叶绿素荧光技术研究了含斑茅血缘甘蔗亲本的叶片叶绿素荧光特性,为含斑茅血缘甘蔗亲本抗逆性评价及含斑茅血缘甘蔗品种的选育研究奠定基础。结果表明:含斑茅血缘甘蔗亲本具有较强的实际光能捕获效率,能将所捕获的光能更多地利用于光化学反应,具有较强的光能利用效率、较低的最大电子传递速率、较低的最小饱和光强和强光耐受能力,具有较强的光合作用原初光能捕获效率,较多的ATP和NADPH形成,为碳同化提供充分的能量和还原能力,但其光合机构自我保护能力较弱,在光能过剩时用于热耗散的比例较少。
The chlorophyll fluoresc ence characteristics of the leaves of sugarcane with consanguinity of E.arundinaceus were studied to evaluate the stress resistance of sugarcane parents containing consanguinity of E.arundinaceus, and to selectand breed sugarcane varieties containing consanguinity of E. arundinaceus. The results showed thatthe sugarcane containing consanguinity of E. arundinaceus had stronger practical light capture efficiency, and more light was used for photochemical reaction; They had stronger light use efficiency, lower maximum electron transfer rate, weaker ability tolerance on minimum saturation light intensity and strong light;They had stronger primary light capture efficiency in photosynthesis, more ATP and NADPH were produced in the leaves, thus providing sufficient energy and reducing power for carbon assimilation. But the self-protection ability of photosynthetic apparatus was weaker, and the ratio used for heat dissipation was less when the light was excessive.
