The sugarcane variety haizhe22 was introduced as tested material, the herbicide diuron and atrazine were sprayed at the sugarcane＇s seedling stage, The results showed that diuron was effective for killing the monocotyledon weeds and dicotyledon weeds. The effect of atrazine was poor for monocotyledon weeds, and it was effective for dicotyledon weeds. Among these herbicide treatment, A2 （diuron 1.0 g/L） is the most effective. Diuron and atrazine were inhibitory for plant height of haizhe22 at seedling stage, and the spraying of herbicides led to the decrease of weeds, it was beneficial to the dry matter accumulation ofhaizhe22.
