探索了用水平连铸的方法制备BFe30-1-1铜合金空心管坯的技术,在实验室成功制备了φ83mm×20mm空心管坯。对管坯的表面质量,凝固组织及力学性能进行了分析。结果表明,采用合适的熔铸工艺参数,可以用水平连铸的方法制备BFe30-1-1铜合金空心管坯。
In order to obtain hollow billets of BFe30-1-1 alloy, a new casting technology was investigated and hollow billets with size of φ83mm×20mm were produced in laboratory. The surface quality, solidification structure and mechanical properties of hollow biltets were studied. The results indicate that when proper casting parameters were adopted, hollow billets of 30-1-1 alloy with high quality can be produced by the method of horizontal continuous casting.
