探索了在水平连铸紫铜管坯工业生产线上施加工频交变磁场,考查了磁场强度及铸造参数对管坯凝固组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明,在交变磁场作用下,铜管坯的凝固组织及力学性能有了明显的改善,各向异性的柱状晶得到了显著的细化,均为细小均匀的粒状晶和等轴晶,当输入电流为50A,铸造速度为0.0042m/s,浇注温度为1150℃,冷却水为1m3/h时,管坯的抗拉强度提高了15.9%,伸长率提高了63.8%。
Alternating magnetic field of commercial frequency was used in industrial product line of horizontal continuous casting copper tube billets. The effects of input current intensity of alternating magnetic field and casting parameters were studied to obtain good quality production.
