此文用实验的方法研究了曝气头类型、气泡上升高度以及气体流量大小对气泡群气泡尺度的影响。实验在综合水池底部设置了曝气装置并通过对气泡群照片的统计分析得到了气泡群气泡的大小。实验研究表明:气泡群气泡尺度随着气泡群的上升而变大,最后大小趋于稳定;气泡群气泡尺度随其上升高度增加而增大的趋势受到曝气头类型的影响,受有些类型曝气头的影响,气泡尺度的增长速率是先增加,后减小,但受另一些类型的曝气头的影响,气泡尺度的增长速率却一直减小;气泡群气泡尺度还受到气体流量大小的影响,当气体流量变大时,气泡群的气泡尺度也随之变大,但气体流量增大到一定程度后,再增加的气体流量对气泡群气泡尺度的影响就很小,这说明气体流量的改变对气泡尺度的上升变化趋势影响不大。
In this paper, the influences of three factors i.e. the bubble rising height, the air flow rate and bubbler types on air bubble size were studied by experiments. In the experiments, a bubbler was installed in a water tank. Photos were taken to capture the bubbles of which the sizes were analyzed using statistic method. It was observed that the bubble size tends to increase when the bubble height is increased. But the way how bubble size is increased is strongly influenced by the type of the bubblers as well as by the air flow rate. For example, with certain bubbler, the increasing rate of air bubble size may increase first and then decrease later. But with some other bubbler, the increasing rate of air bubble size may always decrease. It was found that when the bubble height is fixed, increase the air flow rate will increase the bubble size.
