By selecting the indexes of transport infrastructure and transport equipment in four kinds of transport modes,and using multiple linear regression analysis to analyze the collection between these two indexes and proportion of social logistics costs to GDP, the paper explored the influence relationship between two factors of transport development level（transport infrastructure and transport equipment） and social logistics costs in China, and come to the conclusion that the right way to reduce the proportion of total social logistics costs to GDP is to develop the transport industry in China reasonably and effectively.
