由于夹芯层的高阻尼结构,复合材料夹芯板结构具有较好的减振降噪的作用,因此在高端科技中得到大量的应用。基于经典板理论推导了复合材料夹芯板的振动平衡方程,首先通过实例验证了所推导的平衡方程的正确性,其次分两种情况研究了阻尼层厚度对复合材料夹芯板的自由振动的影响,结果表明:弹性层不变和总厚度不变两种情况下.随着阻尼层厚度的增大,前四阶固有频率逐渐降低,损耗因子值逐渐增大,并且后一种情况下更易获得较大的损耗因子值。
Composite sandwich plate is beneficial to decreasing vibration and reducing noise, as it possesses high internal damping, and it has a broad application prospect in the field of high-tech. The vibration balance equation of the composite sandwich plate is derived based on the classical plate theory. First, the validity of balance equation is verified by example; second, the influence of the damping layer thickness on the free vibration is studied in two different conditions. The natural frequency decreases gradually and the loss factor value increases gradually with the increase of thickness of damping layer; besides, on the premise of constant total thickness, loss factor values are more likely to get bigger than another situation.
