针对电动汽车驱动与充电一体化系统,设计了一种两相并联交互式双向DC/DC变换器,降低了电感设计难度,减小了重量与体积,提高了系统的可靠性。分析了该变换器工作原理,提出一种基于比例积分(PI)控制器的恒频滑模变结构双闭环控制策略,实现了自动跟踪参考电压值、单元半桥电路电感电流间均流的目的,给出了该变换器的变结构模型,运用等效控制原理分析滑模变结构控制(SMC)的存在和稳定条件,采用基于给定三角波(RTW)环路的SMC方式使变换器在定开关频率下运行。最后,通过实验验证了理论分析的正确性。
A kind of interleaved bi-directional DC/DC converter is designed for the electric vehicle integrated drive and charging system, which reduces the difficulty of the inductance design, the weight and volume, improves the relia- bility of the system.The operational principle of the interleaved bi-directional DC/DC converter is presented, and the proportional integral(P I) sliding mode variable structure control(SMC) strategy is introduced, which can automatically trace the reference voltage objective and balance the inductor currents among cell modules.The proposed inverter's variable structure model is established.The existence of SMC and its stability conditions are analyzed by equivalent control theory.And it can work at a constant frequency with the RTW-SMC strategy.Experimental results demonstrate the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
