高等工程教育国际化、多元化、协同化推进,是当前教育领域的发展趋势。本文结合江苏大学与中日韩其他多所高校近三年已开展的几项国际创新工程教育活动,介绍教学实践活动的具体实施内容,以及国际化创新工程人才培养模式的探索。该模式包括国际化跨学科教学团队建设、国际化跨学科学生团队建设、国际创新设计课程开发、创新设计课题学生实践、互派教师任教、学分互认与双学位等环节,最终达成国际化创新工程人才联合培养与国际教育资源共享的目标。
In the current education field, the internationalization, pluralism and cooperation of higher engineering education have become future development trend. Combined with several international innovative engineering education activities organized by Jiangsu University and other Chinese-Japanese-Korean universities, this paper introduces the schedules of these activities in detail, and then reports the cultivation mode exploration of international innovative engineering talents. This cultivation mode in cludes the following aspects, the construction of international cross-discipline teaching team, the construction of international cross-discipline study group, the development of international innovative courses, the students' practice of innovative design projects, the teachers exchange, credits recogni- tion and double-degree. The objective of these education activities is to jointly train international innovative engineering talents and share international education resources.
