以单级齿轮转子系统为研究对象,建立系统全自由度广义有限元模型。对比分析了Newmark法、Fourier级数法求解齿轮系统动力学方程的计算速度和计算精度。同时提出了一种改进的Fourier级数法,对比计算表明,该方法既有较快的计算速度又有较好的求解精度。
Taking the single - stage gear rotor system as the research object, a generalized finite element model with total freedom is established. The calculation speed and the accuracy of Newmark method and Fourier series method are compared in solving dynamics equation of gear system. An improved Fourier series method is proposed, which has less calculation time and higher calculation accuracy.
