设计了MCU中的线性稳压器,通过调整参考电压到输出电压的电平,避免在线性稳压器的输出端使用电阻分压网络,提高了整个环路的稳定性和响应速度.电路基于90 nm CMOS工艺实现.在测试评估板上,选用BCP68 NPN功率晶体管对线性稳压器测试表明:输出电压精度高(2%),纹波电压小(10 mV),静态电流小于100μA.
An improved linear voltage regulator used in MCU is presented. The new regulator modifies the reference voltage to the output voltage level to avoid using the resistor divider network. The stability and response speed of the whole loop are greatly improved. This circuit is fabricated in 90 nm CMOS technology. The measured results show the new regulator achieved a stable output voltage with a low ripple (10 mV), high accuracy (2%). The quiescent current is less than 100μA.
