工业化背景下,世界铁路运输发展迅速。各种大型火车站在城市迅速崛起,以火车站为中心的城市次中心区域逐渐形成,对火车站的区域影响研究日益引起国内外城市和交通学界的重视。文章首先总结了当前火车站与周边环境关系研究的主要方向和动向,并对国外学者关于火车站地区的土地利用和空间结构、火车站与地区经济发展以及火车站对周边地区的社会影响等研究的主要观点作了较详细的介绍和综述。接着概括和分析了国内学者在火车站与周边环境关系研究的主要方面和内容。最后,针对我国的火车站地区建设和发展提出一些思考和建议。
On the condition of industrialization,the world rail transport has developed quickly. All kinds of large-scale railway stations have upraised in cities, and the areas where the centre is railway station have formed day by day. Study on regional influences of railway station has been emphasized by both foreign and domestic researchers. In this article the author firstly summarizes the chief aspects of the relationship study, overviews the brief history of railway station's research, mentions the key researchers and main results directly. Meanwhile, the paper in detail introduces and explains the main ideas of overseas scholars research in four aspects: the first one is the models and the spatial configurations in railway station areas fi'om the horizontal and vertical viewpoint; these different parts with different locations, play the different roles in the railway station area; the second one is the research on the characteristics of land use around the railway station area, including the mechanism of the interplay between railway station and the land use; the third part is the relationship between the railway station and regional economy development. The railway station's development not only strengthens the connection in fi'eight passengers and information between local area and other places, but also is good for attracting more people and investment to advance its economic development; the last part is the social influence to the vicinity of railway station, both fi'om good and bad points, to analyze the role of railway station played in peoples' daily life and peoples' living circumstances. Then the paper summarizes and analyzes Chinese scholar's chief research aspects and contents on the relationship between railway station and the neighborhood circumstances. The author also concludes and analyze these idea from four points, which is similar to the last part, but with a little difference.
