研究了精密铸造叶片用氧化铝基复合陶瓷型芯刚玉粉料粒度对型芯物相、形貌、气孔率、抗蠕变性能、脱芯性能的影响。研究结果表明:粉料粒度对Al2O3基复合陶瓷型芯材料的气孔率、线收缩率和高温蠕变性能均有影响。根据实验数据,分析了几种粉料粒度对陶瓷型芯综合性能影响的机理,同时讨论了不同粉料粒度型芯的烧结机理。
A series of alumina-based ceramic cores were sintered at 1300, 1400, and 1500℃ for 5 h. The phases and microstructures were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Effect of particle size on the properties of ceramic core was discussed. The results indicate that the microstructure of the core is characterized by the presence of substantially coarse Al2O3 particles consisting of fine, middle Al2O3 particles and in-situ synthesized 3Al2O3.2SiO2 among the coarse Al2O3 particles. The particle sizes do not have an appreciable effect on densification and shrinkage of alumina ceramic core. The ceramic cores with particle size ratio of Al2O3 (fine: middle: coarse=1:2:1) sintered at 1500℃ for 5 h have the smallest creep deformation in the present research.
