目的应用在体电生理方法观察吗啡依赖戒断后大鼠海马CA1区长时程增强(LTP)的变化情况。方法 18只健康SD大鼠,随机分为吗啡依赖组、戒断组、盐水对照组,每组6只。建立大鼠吗啡依赖戒断模型,在制备模型基础上,采用在体脑立体定位胞外电生理记录技术检测海马CA1区LTP的变化情况。结果与对照组相比,吗啡依赖组、戒断组大鼠在高频刺激(HFS)后,各时间点所记录的群体峰电位(PS)相对幅值显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论吗啡依赖戒断大鼠海马LTP减弱,提示LTP参与吗啡依赖戒断过程。
Objective To investigate the changes of long-term potentiation (LTP) in hippocampal CA1 region of rats with morphine dependence withdrawal. Methods A total of 18 healthy SD rats were randomly divided into morphine dependence group, withdrawal group, and saline water control group, and each group contained 6 rats. Model of morphine dependence withdrawal rats was established. On the basis of model, changes of LTP in hippocampal CA1 region were detected by brain stereotaxic cell electric physical recording technique. Results Compared with the control group, rats in morphine dependence group and withdrawal group had significantly reduced popular!on spike (PS) after high frequency stimulation (HFS). Their difference had statistical significance (P〈0.05). Conclusion Reduced LTP in hippocampal region of rats shows that LTP is involved in process of morphine dependence withdrawal.
