制备了马铃薯多孔淀粉,对其进行了SEM表征,考察了pH、α-淀粉酶用量对多孔淀粉吸油率/得率的影响,发现该多孔淀粉具有特殊的中空结构,孔道直径约为7~8μm,孔容积占颗粒体积的50%左右,具有良好的吸附性能。以多孔淀粉为填料、苯丙乳液为成膜物制备了多孔淀粉复合调湿涂料。测定了其涂料基本性能、吸水能力及调湿能力。结果表明:该多孔淀粉复合调湿涂料符合内墙涂料的基本要求,且涂层内部富含孔道和空隙,其吸水率可达150%,具有较强的吸水性和吸放湿性能,可用于内墙调湿涂料。
The porous potato starch was prepared and microstructure of porous starch was characterized by SEM. The effects of pH and amount of α - amylase on the oil absorption rate / yield of porous starch were studied. It was found that the porous starch had special hollow structure with its diameter of 7 -8μm. And the volume of porous structure shared 50% of the particle bulk, enabling a good absorption performance. A moisture control interior wall coatings was prepared based on styrene - acrylic emulsion mixed with porous starch. Its properties as interior wall coatings and moisture absorption and moisture control ability were meas- ured. The results showed that the porous starch based compound moisture control coatings conformed to the basic requirement of inner wall coatings properties and had porous structure inside enabling its water absorption rate up to 150%, showing good water absorption and moisture control performance.
