为了给某型号离心式压缩机铸造机壳改进设计提供理论依据,对其进行了静态有限元分析,并针对机壳模型特征繁多、曲面复杂,网格划分不易,致使有限元分析不能进行的问题提出了具体解决方法。结果表明了该方法的可行性,可应用于其它铸造机壳或焊接机壳的静态有限元分析中,为分析节省时间,提高效率。
In order to provide a theoretical basis for the improved design of some model of large-scaled centrifugal compressor east ease, made a static finite element analysis on it, and proposed a concrete solution to the problems about many characteristic, complex surface and hard to divide grid of case model which made the finite element analysis can't be continued. The efficient analytic results shows that the method can be used in the finite element analysis to other east ease or welded case, saves time and improves efficiency for the analysis.
