计算机数控技术是通过数字信息技术及工作过程控制技术对机械运动进行控制,其关键技术为逆向数字处理工程,该工程对后续模型重建的难易程度及准确性具有决定性作用。为了提高机械加工速度及加工精度,文中分析了目前计算机数控装置可加工的复杂曲面,并对自动控制系统进行分析研究,该研究在一定程度上提高了计算机数控系统的加工速度、加工精度及加工效率,对优化机械加工控制系统具有一定指导意义。
