In order to integrate the teaching resources and .meet the needs of personalized learning, and based on information factory concept and constructivism teaching theory, the authors try to create a new teaching mode,, namely class information factory, and discuss the concept, architecture as well as the building process of it. The authors also discuss some critical issues related to the reengineering of teaching process in university, role and function changes of library, aiming at provi~ng new ideas for future development of teaching.
