基于用户体验视角,探究网络教育信息资源质量各维度对学习绩效的影响机理,并比较使用者对三类资源的质量感知差异,对于延伸对有关问题的认识有重要意义。通过收集233份调查问卷,使用偏最小二乘结构方程模型法验证概念模型。研究发现网络教育信息资源的内容质量、形式质量和效用质量对信息使用产生正向影响,进而正向影响用户的学习绩效。通过比较课程网站、搜索引擎和在线教育社交平台的信息质量特征差异,为改进和优化现有教育资源的用户体验提供参考。
This paper based on the user experience perspective to find the online educational information resource quality affection in all dimensions of the mechanism of learning performance, and to perceive differences in comparing different types of educational information resource users. The 233 questionnaires verified the structural equation modeling. It was found that the content quality, form quality and utility quality of the online educational information resources had positive impact on information use, and then influenced the learning performance positively. According to comparing differences among web course, search engine and online education social platform, the conclusion was to provide recommendations for optimizing and improving the user experience of existing online educational resources.
