China- ASEAN Free Trade Area started causes trade partnership within Guangxi and ASEAN more and more close,also promotes the development of multimodal transport in Guangxi. This paper studies the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges for Guangxi multimodal transport towards ASEAN. This paper provides reference for the development of multimodal transport industry in Guangxi.
