为研究凤仙透骨草提取液对新余蜜橘常温贮藏过程中采后生理相关酶活性的影响,用质量浓度为80mg/m L的凤仙透骨草水溶液对新余蜜橘果实做浸果处理,对果实在常温贮藏过程中发病率和采后生理相关酶活性进行研究。结果表明:凤仙透骨草提取液处理能够显著降低新余蜜橘果实的发病率和MDA含量的积累,推迟SOD、POD活性高峰的出现,显著地保持果实中较高的CHT、GUN和PAL等抗性酶活性,而对PPO活性的变化影响差异不显著。这说明凤仙透骨草提取液处理激发了新余蜜橘采后的抗病潜能,使其表现出一定的抗病性,延缓果实衰老。
The aim of the research was to study the effects of Impatiens balsamina L. extracts on post-harvested physiological relative enzymes of Xinyu tangerine during ambient temperature storage. The treated and control fruits were dipped with 80 mg/m L aqueous extracts of Impatiens balsamina L. and distilled water, respectively. The disease incidence and relevant physiological enzymes activities were assayed during ambient temperature storage. The results showed that treatment of Impatiens balsamina L. extracts can reduce the disease incidence and accumulation of MDA, delay the peak of SOD and POD activity. In addition, Impatiens balsamina L. extracts treatment increased the activity of CHT and GUN, as well as PAL activity, but has less significant difference for PPO activity. In summary, treatment of Impatiens balsamina L. extracts can motivate the potential for postharvest disease resistance of Xinyu tangerine and improve fruit resistance.
