目的:建立用于检测食管癌中肥大细胞(mast cell,MC)亚型的双重免疫组化染色方案。方法:采用双重免疫组化技术染色在食管癌组织中肥大细胞内表达的类胰蛋白酶(tryptase)和类糜蛋白酶(chymase)。结果:MC大部分为T型或C型,少部分为TC型。食管癌组织内的MC主要分布于癌旁交界区。结论:采用双重免疫组化染色方法以确定食管癌中MC的亚型是可行的,为深入研究MC亚型在食管癌发展和预后评价中的临床意义提供了基础。
Objective:To establish the method of double labeling immunohistochemical technique to detect mast cell subtype in esophageal carcinoma tissues. Methods: The expression of tryptase and chymase in mast cell was stained with double labeling immunohistochemical technique in esophageal carcinoma tissues. Results: The MCT or MCC was more numerous than the MCTC. Mast cells resided predominantly in the marginal area of the tumor. Conclusion : Using the method of double labeling immunohistochemical techniques to detect mast cell subtypes in esophageal carcinoma tissues is feasible, which can provide the foundation to further study the value of mast cell subtypes in predicting the prognosis of esophageal carcinoma.
